Eligibility and account requirements

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for safeguarding your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Service description and scope

BonusAgent.ai helps users discover, compare, organize, and track promotional bank offers and related eligibility timelines based on information entered by users and offer data maintained within the Service.

The Service is provided for informational and planning purposes only. We do not open accounts for you, move funds, hold deposits, communicate with banks on your behalf, or guarantee eligibility for any offer. You are solely responsible for verifying the eligibility requirements of any offer before applying.

No financial, legal, or tax advice

The Service does not provide financial, legal, tax, banking, or investment advice. Any information presented through the Service is general information only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for reviewing official bank terms or consulting qualified professionals.

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions, applications, account openings, and compliance with any requirements imposed by financial institutions. You should not rely on the Service to make decisions without your own verification and judgment.

Offer accuracy and third-party bank terms

Bank promotions, bonus amounts, eligibility rules, deadlines, geographic restrictions, and account requirements may change, expire, or be withdrawn at any time without notice by the issuing institution.

While we aim to keep information current, we do not guarantee that any offer is accurate, complete, current, available, or suitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing the official terms provided by the bank or financial institution before applying for any offer.

We also do not guarantee that you will qualify for, receive, or retain any bonus.

User responsibilities

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not misuse it. You are responsible for reviewing official bank terms before applying for any offer and for your own account decisions and actions.

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Use automated systems, scraping tools, or generate abusive traffic
• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Service content without permission

You remain responsible for all information you enter and for any actions you take based on Service recommendations.

User content and uploads

You retain ownership of information you upload, enter, or store through the Service, including optional bonus history imports. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, analyze, and display that content solely as needed to operate Service features.

Optional spreadsheet or file uploads may be processed through third-party systems (including Anthropic) to extract structured data needed for account features. Such processing is limited to the minimum data needed and is subject to the third-party provider's terms and privacy practices.

Intellectual property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content), features, functionality, design, branding, and underlying technology are and remain the property of BonusAgent.ai and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service except for the limited right to use it as described here.

Third-party services and links

The Service relies on third-party providers and may link to external websites. We are not responsible for third-party terms, availability, or privacy practices.

Some links may be referral or affiliate links, which may generate compensation to us at no additional cost to you.

Subscriptions and payments

The Service offers both free and paid plans. Free features are available without payment. If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal.

Pricing and plan details are displayed in-product and at checkout. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, paid subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing cycle selected (monthly or annual) until canceled. You are responsible for canceling before the next renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

If you cancel a paid subscription, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan. Your data is not deleted when you downgrade.

Refunds are generally not provided for subscription fees except where required by law or as explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Availability and changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update features at any time without liability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent access to any feature.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that any offer is available, accurate, current, or suitable for your circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BonusAgent.ai and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunities, or data arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve months before the claim arose, or $100 if you have not paid us.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BonusAgent.ai and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of:

• your use of the Service
• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of applicable law
• your misuse of third-party services accessed through the Service

Termination or suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, creates risk, or is otherwise unlawful. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and governing law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Except for claims that may be brought in small claims court, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration on an individual basis rather than in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You and BonusAgent.ai waive the right to participate in or be part of any class action or class arbitration. Any arbitration will be administered by a mutually agreed arbitration provider or, if no agreement is reached, by a provider selected in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

General provisions

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BonusAgent.ai regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.

Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right. Any waiver will be effective only if made in writing.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
